05 Orders
Placing an order on our website submits a request to purchase the products in your order.
Please check that your order and delivery details are correct before completing checkout.
Where necessary, we may decline or cancel an order — for example, because of stock issues, a failed payment, suspected fraud or a clear pricing error. If we cannot fulfil an order that has been accepted, we will contact you.
06 Payments
Online payments are processed securely through PayFast, using the payment options shown at checkout.
Card and payment details handled by an external payment gateway are subject to that provider’s own security measures and terms.
The Golf Shot does not intentionally store customers’ full card details when an external payment gateway processes the payment.
07 Shipping & delivery
Orders are currently delivered within South Africa. Delivery times vary by product and delivery location.
Delivery estimates and shipping charges are explained on our Shipping & Delivery page and at checkout.
Delivery times are estimates, not guaranteed dates. Courier delays, remote areas, public holidays and other circumstances outside our control may affect delivery times.
08 Delivery information
Please provide a complete and accurate delivery address when placing your order.
If an order cannot be delivered because incorrect or incomplete details were supplied, additional delivery arrangements or costs may apply where appropriate.
09 Returns, refunds & cancellations
Returns, refunds and cancellations are handled in accordance with applicable South African consumer law and any returns policy published on the website.
If there is a problem with your order, please contact us as soon as possible.

If an item arrives faulty, damaged or different from what you ordered, please contact us with your order number and details of the issue, including photos where helpful.
